Evolution of Expression
Where in your life are you most challenged or misunderstood when you need to communicate: At work? With certain types of people or specific friends? With family? With your partner? With your children? In front of groups or large audiences?
The ability to clearly express your intentions and ideas is of tremendous value in many types of relationships and situations. Be it friendship, romance, business, public speaking or artistic endeavours, your ability to communicate is key. When you learn how to honor your Truth and Integrity, you will be equipped to honor others.
One element of the Art of Communication, is to lucidly consider your intentions & motivations. Another element is to appreciate your unique vision, style and skill sets. Once you have fully accepted and acknowledged your own special gifts, then you can more poignantly impart these offerings to the world.
By understanding your soul’s particular expressive needs, you can expand your creativity in all areas of your life. You will be more effective and more true to yourself in your artistic ventures. “Creative blocks or writer’s blocks” can be released from our consciousness as we discover how to access our well of infinite inspiration.
This course comes from my years of studying the path of Truth and Creativity. I desired to live an authentic life and walk a path of Integrity. I wanted to align my words, actions, thoughts and visions. It can seem like an idealistic state but consistent effort does pay off. It is a joy to share with you some gems from my years of experimentation and support you in healing some schisms in your own life.
In relation to Creativity, I had also desired to free up my artistic powers from the limiting confines of Perfectionism and Judgment. Along the way, i discovered how to transform these tough disciplinarians into loving mentors. These days, Trust and Inspiration guide me creatively. Regardless of the art forms you may choose, let these become your mentors on all your future creative adventures.
In Evolution of Expression, we will learn to speak our truth with more clarity, eloquence and confidence. Prepare to share your essence with the world…with ease, magic and love.

Workshop Structure:
This course is currently offered as a 2-day workshop or as a 4-night class. There is always a break for refreshments (tea and treats) and the full-day classes usually include a potluck lunch. There is a lot of interaction among participants, along with a lecture portion, time for Q & A and group exercises.
Each person will be participating by:
- sharing stories
- examining concepts
- asking questions
- doing experiential exercises
- completing some assignments
- vibrationally attuning to the teachings
