Come join us for an outdoor Kundalini yoga class! No experience required. 
Kundalini yoga was brought to the West in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan.
It works to awaken the Kundalini, the coiled serpent energy that lies at the base of the spine.
It creates amazing benefits for mind, body and spirit, and specifically works on the glandular system
and has many exercises geared to each chakra. And, its fun! 
You do not have to be able to put your foot behind your head to do this yoga either.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on.

Shine on Didjeridu & Zamir Dhanji on Hang Drum
Shine is a renowned Master of the Didjeridu. He has been playing and performing Internationally for almost 20 years.
He has shared the stage with numerous well known Artists including: Michael Franti, Mickey Hart(Grateful Dead, Planet Drum),
Ganga Giri, Jai Uttal, and Armando Peraza (Santana). He has also performed at many major events and
festivals World wide including: Earth Dance California (2005, 10,000 people live and simulcast to millions around the Globe),
Burning Man 2007 and Bindoon rock festival in Australia to over 30,000 people.

Zamir is an inter-disciplinary performer who seeks to bind the sacred web between tradition and modernity in his art.
Poetry, music, spoken word and dance are the tools he uses for self-expression, with an approach that is
both passionate and meditative. At the Healing Garden he will be playing the newly invented Hang drum,

The Sacred Voice with David Embry (Blue Lotus Music)
Join David for a deep chanting and meditation experience. Learning chants can be simple, fun and can be used
both personally and for gatherings as centering, calming and focusing prayers. A regular personal chanting practice
leads to the focus of awareness, sharpening and increasing our attention span, keeping our attention on the present moment,
helping us to take action from a state of acknowledging what is. A chant circle is part of our modern version of gathering
around a communal fire. Some possible outcomes of this practice are calm strength, stability of emotions, and
cognitive consonance with a grounded and centred state of mind. Explore the power of mantras with your voice
and your inner being, leading to peace, joy and harmony.

American Tribal Style Bellydance with Diane
American Tribal Style Bellydance (ATS) is an lead and follow improv format of bellydance created by
Carolena Nerricio of Fat Chance Bellydance  www.fcbd.com  in the early 90s. Diane has received her certification from Carolena
and will be doing a short performance with her troupe Daughters of Devi. Afterwards all are welcome to come learn
