This is for ALL members of the community to network and get ready for Burning Man!

Newbies and veterans alike can share stories, ask questions, and get tips on how to have a great burn. If you’re a veteran and know anyone preparing for Burning Man for the first or second or third time, bring them!

Location:  TheEgg Arts Foundation
69 WEST 3RD AVENUE,
Vancouver, British Columbia V5Y 3T8

6-7:30 PM
We’ll fire up the BBQ (meat/veggie options – first come first served) to augment a potluck style community gathering. Bring a salad, fruit, veggies or something good and tasty to share…label your food for food allergy awareness. Also label your bowls, plates and serving spoons before you come or with the tape & markers on the table. BYOB. There’s a big fridge so no need to bring a cooler, but label your drinks, too.

7:30-9 PM
Some members of the community have graciously volunteered to give short 5 minute presentations on the following topics and to be available after the presentations for questions.

♥ All Things Art ♥
♥ Transportation ♥
♥ Camp Infrastructure ♥

9-11 PM
Following the presentations, you’re invited to stay for popcorn and a movie! We’ll be screening “Spark: A Burning Man Story”. It’s a great documentary about the history of burning man and the people who started it all.
