Altered States: An evening of Sound Healing

Sound healing is gaining in popularity as more people become aware of its wonderful healing powers. This healing practice helps you to re-align your energy system (like a sonic acupuncture session – except we are using sound frequency instead of needles). As a non-intrusive therapy, it also bypasses the intellect (the left brain analytical mind) and goes straight to your energy field to literally “harmonize” or “tune up” your body, mind & spirit.
