When does your heart close? What wounds do we
still carry with us? How can we heal these
precious tender parts?
Compassion, Joy, Understanding, Forgiveness and Unconditional
Love... These are some of the Teachings of the
Heart. If we authentically cultivate these
vibrations in our daily lives, transformations
occur in surprising and inspiring
ways. We can learn to keep our hearts
open, fearlessly and with magical results.
We will practice sensing the subtle movements of the
heart chakra. We will learn to use this
perception for self-healing and growth. You
will see it alter your relationship dynamics and
your life.
Foremost in level 1, we will focus on the path of Self-Love.
Nurturing a true commitment to Self is a path of honour, non-judgment and bliss. It is the
greatest relationship one can have.
You need not feel alone ever again, if you
fall in love with Self. This is not about
Narcissism, it is about the healing that allows you
to truly be an instrument of Love.
We will also learn a powerful meditation and healing
called "The Sacred Kiss" that is part of the
XOX temple project.
Join us for 4 weeks of intimacy, healing and
expansion...

Bring on the magic, flow and creative joy!!
In this course, we continue to examine the
Laws of Manifestation as we each bravely launch a
personal project that is witnessed and
supported by the group. It can be in
any form or can simply be a list of things
you wish to experience during the session.
Be it the advancement of your career, the
transformation of your relationship, the
healing of an old wound, the beginning of
your dream lifestyle, the creation of a new
business or the deepening of your artistic
exploration, this project class will be an
opportunity to focus on some life goals
while being nurtured in a loving garden of
like-minded souls.
Applying the
spiritual concepts covered in the Fundamentals class
(level 1), we will practice what we know in
a practical manner during the creation of
each participant's project. (it is
recommended to take the Fundamentals course
prior to this project class)
The course content is also guided by the
specific questions that participants bring
up along the course of their unique
projects. As a result, the content of
each project class will be different and
participants may choose to take this class
again at a future date with a different
project in mind.
Using a project as the point of focus and
experimentation, we can have a clearer
understanding of our thought patterns and
habitual emotional grooves. However,
the end result of the project is less
important than the teachings inherent in the
journey. Along the way, we are
training our sensitivity to the energy
realm. We are learning to be more
aware of how we are channeling energy in the
various areas of our lives.
Join us as we evolve together in a
supportive, loving and playful group setting!

Presentation: Alchemy of Community
Have you discovered the power of
Community?
If not, how does one create this? This
workshop explores the inherent healing and
the magic that occurs when a group of people
unite as a collective, as a village. Even a
small group can create community.
We will look at the practical, emotional and
spiritual backbone of such an entity, and
how to consciously nurture and honor it.
Conscious communities are gaining momentum all over
the world. In Vancouver and beyond, there are large
networks of creative communities who are actively
producing many unique events, projects and dynamic
spaces. In short, we are manifesting realms in which
we can thrive, not just survive!
In the last few years, I have co-created with over
14 cohesive communities as a performance artist,
workshop facilitator, community builder and event
coordinator. Community Building is an
important aspect of my life, because I am having fun
while being of service.
This is a private presentation/workshop with
a downtown eastside organization. Please

Dance together behind the veils of Maya… in shadow
and in light.

Sacred Space for you to dance and experience
your personal Journey.

realms through movement.
This is our LAST Journey of the season and

Alchemy of the Heart
Level 1 (Epic Alchemy Program)
When does your heart close? What wounds do
we still carry with us? How can we heal
these precious tender parts?
Compassion, Joy, Understanding, Forgiveness
and Unconditional Love... These are some of
the Teachings of the Heart. If we
authentically cultivate these vibrations in
our daily lives, transformations occur in
surprising and inspiring ways. We can learn
to keep our hearts open, fearlessly and with
magical results.
We will practice sensing the subtle
movements of the heart chakra. We will learn
to use this perception for self-healing and
growth. You will see it alter your
relationship dynamics and your life.
Foremost in level 1, we will focus on the
path of Self-Love. Nurturing a true
commitment to Self is a path of honour,
non-judgment and bliss. It is the greatest
relationship one can have. You need not feel
alone ever again, if you fall in love with
Self. This is not about Narcissism, it is
about the healing that allows you to truly
be an instrument of Love.
We will also learn a powerful meditation and
healing called "The Sacred Kiss" that is
part of the XOX temple project.
Join us for 4 weeks of intimacy, healing and
expansion...

Alchemy of Sensuality
(Epic Alchemy Program)
What is the difference between Sensuality
and Sexuality?
How does your Sensual Self interact with the
World?
How do you experience and connect to events,
people, places and things?
How can we be more present and comfortable
in our own skin?
Come explore these questions in a safe and
loving space. We will practice the art of
Sensuality through a variety of
experiential exercises (non-sexual). Expand
your senses and your consciousness in a
playful and liberating way.
Develop your multi-orgasmic palate… where
pleasure is multi-dimensional and not
necessarily sexual.

Halloween Party:
Veloween Party at the Anza Club
It's the final bicycle afterparty (aka
post-Critical Mass Ride Party)!!!
at Anza Club
3 West 8th Avenue
As ancient lore tells it, Veloween is an age
old festival where for one day of the year
old, dead, abandoned, dismembered and
forgotten bicycles awaken to roll amongst
the well oiled and able-framed. We
will celebrate together in copious
ritualistic beer drinking and dance,
possessed by the rhythms of the Creaking
Planks, the Fur Bearing Animals and
Steamboat Fatty. A practice known to raise
the Jackson Zombie Dance Off.
Offerings to the shadow world will be made
by Little Woo and her
shadow puppet fairytale.
At the strike of one am -- for those who are
most fearless amongst us -- we will ride
naked in circles around our celebration to
chase the bikes of the dead back to the
underworld!

8:30pm)

Learning about the Laws of Manifestation
when you are adult is a deeply
transformative process. but can you imagine
learning about these truths when you are
pre-teen?
This course is intended to empower youth
with self-knowledge and give them an early
start on this truly life-changing awareness!
Each child will be instructed on their
inherent gifts and self-worth. They will
discover how their thoughts and their
emotions can be harnessed for their
well-being and how they can reliably
influence their own happiness.
This course is not focused on manifesting
money or specific material things! This
course is meant to give kids an exciting and
in-depth understanding of the incredible
creative reality we all live in. As we study
the laws of manifestation, we will focus on non-material concepts such as Love,
Peace and Self-Actualization.
How you can help:
Please help me get the word out about this
program....It would be greatly appreciated
and will benefit many kids who may not
otherwise get this info until their teen or
adult years!

possibility of residual cancer from spreading. Bad
news is that the operation & the chemo are very,

Alchemy of Expression
Level 1 (Epic Alchemy Program)
Exploring the fine Art of Communication:
Are you interested in refining your ability to
convey your feelings and thoughts? Do you wish to
better express yourself or better honor your
truth?
Where in your life are you most challenged
or misunderstood when you need to
communicate:
At work? With certain types of people or
specific friends? With family? With your
partner? With your children? In front of
groups or large audiences?
Be it friendship, romance, business, public
speaking or artistic endeavours, your
ability to communicate is key. When you
learn how to honor your Truth and
Creativity, you will be equipped to honor
others. Also, "creative blocks” or “writer's
block" can be a thing of the past as you
discover how to access your well of infinite
inspiration.
In Alchemy of Expression, we will learn to
speak our truth with more clarity, eloquence
and confidence. Prepare to share your
essence with the world...with more ease,
magic and love.

About Stripey (msg taken from her support page on
Facebook):
Good news is that Stripey got the best possible
pathology report, in that the cancer did not spread
to her lymph nodes! At this time, she needs to
undergo chemotherapy treatments to help prevent any
possibility of residual cancer from spreading. Bad
news is that the operation & the chemo are very,
very expensive, and this is a huge burden to Stripey
& her family.

The Village Project: a
small, warm world that feels like home
As we're led into the cozy heart of
wintertime, we're busy dreaming and building
from the bottom up a warm, and friendly
village inside the Ukrainian Hall in
Strathcona (805 E Pender). Much like the
magical lands created by the Dusty Flower
Pot Cabaret for the stage, this one comes to
life as a fully interactive bazaar and town
circle.
Stroll the streets with a cup of mulled wine
and sample the homemade pies and treats.
Take home wares and works by local artists
and artisans -- and even schedule a new
hairdoo with the village coiffeuse! (XoX
temple will be there on dec.5)
Performances will run throughout the day --
live music, puppetry, clown and dance. Word
has even spread that developers have set
their eyes on this little paradise. Get in
on the real estate -- or voice your concerns
at the town hall!
Admission during the day (until 6pm) is
FREE!
Saturday, Dec 5 from 1pm-6pm
& Sunday, Dec 6th from 12pm-6pm
at Ukrainian Hall (805 E Pender)
In the evenings we will be hosting a Village
Vaudeville,
the village evening winter festival with
local favorites...
Frazey Ford,
Maria in the Shower,
Candice Curlypaws,
Kat Single-Dain,
Joanna Chapman-Smith,
Mind of a Snail,
Tarran the Tailor and more.. . .
Advance tickets for evening shows are $15.
Buy here:

Tickets purchased online
